On 17 June 2026, Austral Dynamics Australia hosted a landmark partner event with Microsoft at SoftwareOne’s Amphitheatre in North Sydney, bringing together industry leaders, technology experts, partners, and business professionals to explore one of the most transformative technologies shaping business today: Microsoft Copilot.
The session focused on how AI is reshaping enterprise operations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft 365 — helping organisations improve productivity, automate workflows, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. The event reflected our ongoing commitment to “Service Beyond Expectations,” helping Australian businesses embrace the next wave of digital transformation.
Expert-Led Sessions and Live Demonstrations
Tim Shaw, APAC Lead at Tasklet, delivered a live demonstration of Copilot automation within Business Central, covering inventory and warehouse management, order processing, financial reconciliation, and workflow optimisation. His session showed how AI can reduce manual effort and error while delivering immediate, practical business value — not just conceptual promise.

Jarrod Huang, AI Workforce Solution Architect at Microsoft, shared a strategic perspective on the future of work and AI transformation, covering the evolution of workplace automation, AI-assisted decision-making, and how Copilot is becoming central to enterprise productivity across Microsoft 365. He emphasised that AI is no longer optional — it’s core infrastructure for businesses that want to stay competitive.

Practical Business Value and Industry Discussion

Beyond the demonstrations, attendees explored how Copilot can automate repetitive administrative tasks, surface real-time insights from business data, and improve collaboration across teams — particularly valuable for SMEs and mid-market businesses looking to scale without significantly increasing overhead.
Interactive discussions covered how businesses can practically implement AI in their ERP systems, the role of data quality in AI-powered decisions, and what it takes to build an AI-ready organisation, giving attendees insights they could take straight back to their own teams.
